Borre Knob

Long and narrow peninsula that takes you all the way out to the middle of Horsens Fjord. From the tip you have an indescribable view over the fjord to Horsens, the islands of Alrø, Hjarnø and Vorsø, the many boats that pass by and the ferries that are in service. Borre Knob is located some distance from the Fjordmino, but from here you get probably the fjord’s best view.

Purhøj

From Purhøj, a little inland, 121 metres above sea level, you have a fantastic view over the landscape and the fjord. From here you can also look over the town of Horsens, and on days with good visibility it is possible to see all the way to Aarhus to the north and Æbelø north of Funen.
